Dee Originally worked in
pastels but now concentrates on Chinese Watercolors on Rice
Paper. She has received numerous awards: In 2003, 1st
Place with Imagine A Postcard at a Spring River,
AR contest. In 2000, she won Best in Show at the Hillsborough
County Senior Art Festival held at the Tampa Museum of Science
and Industry. In 2005, Dee received an Award of Excellence
from the Hillsborough County Senior Art Festival in November of
that same year at the Annual National Exhibition of the Sumi-e
Society, she received the Northwest Chapter Award. Dee
displayed several paintings at the TT Art Festival in 2006.
