Encouraged by her mother at the tender
age of seven, Carol began her painting career. She says
it was this encouragement that provided her with the faith and
determination that she could be a great artist.
While she will paint any subject
(houses, dogs, etc.), her passion is doing portraits. Unlike
many portrait artists who paint strictly from a photograph,
Carol prefers a face-to-face meeting with her subject in order
to capture the life essence for her portraits.
